The Academy

Aimart is the International Academy of Music and Arts, based in Rome at Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 209. It offers courses in music, theatre, dance and the arts, structured as three-year, two-year, advanced training, pre-academic and foundation paths, together with a Master of Advanced Studies run under an agreement with the Conservatorio della Switzerland Italiana.

Aimart's faculty is made up of musicians, artists and professionals active in their fields. Each has a dedicated page in the Teachers, setting out their background and the subjects they teach.

Courses and Enrolment

The programme comprises Three-year Courses, Two-year Courses, the Master of Advanced Studies, tailored Advanced Training courses, Pre-academic and foundation paths, and Workshops. Every path is described in the Courses.

It is an advanced path offered by Aimart under an agreement with the Scuola universitaria Conservatorio della Switzerland Italiana. Further details are on the Master of Advanced Studies.

Special Projects

It is the Aimart programme for children and young people aged 4 to 14: painting, music and decorative arts in small groups, with flexible timetables and a free first trial lesson. Find out more on the page Children.

It is an inclusion project for professionals, teachers and blind or partially sighted people, in two stages: literacy in literary Braille, followed by the musical Braille code. Full details are on the From Reading to Music.
